Request Skill Chances. Mages ,archers Range. Please Help :p

Hello dear mxc members, i want to ask , where can i change skills chances? like HEX or stun . ? Some skills i found in stats/skills/ but not all in theese xml have chance tables that i can edit. 


Next question: 

mages and archers critical rate where i can find to fix ?

 

 

 

mages and archers RANGE ?

If you use L2J, you got a config to show exactly how the % is calculated. That would give you a first step about where to search.

 

All formulas are in Formulas.java.
