Cant Use Gm Shop Buylists

Hey, when i try using my buylists that i created i see "invalid buylist id" in system chat window, im using l2jacis, buylists id's are 400001-......-400027, i made them by 9054 ( or w/e admins gm shop is ) yeah, im trying to reach it from admins gm shop on //admin command, and i get the error, npcid is set to "-1" so it should open.
