greetings

Is it possible to add sound on a custom mob while he attacks? Tried to search but couldn't find the right java file. Can somebody give me a tip :)

Sounds are linked to npcs from the client (npcgrp.dat if I don't say crap). Server got no control about it, like server got no possible interactions with animation, modeling, etc. It only uses stuff from client, if your client got a pink orc dancing a kawai dance, you will see a pink orc dancing a kawai dance.

I thought so to. But it seems like it's not just npcgrp because it doesn't work even if i take the npcgrp from Golkonda for example and just change the textures from Custom Mob. In game you can see the mob... it moves and hits but without sound.

only the sounds when the npc takes damage are linked to npcgrp

you need to add animNotify_sound and then link the sound file to the part of the animation (by frame) in unreal
