Where i can found all this effects for background?? Also where i can found effects for Text like in this video on 1.42??

And where i can find more Tools for my PS6 like this on video at 0,14?

In the net. Type in Google stock images. In this piece I used variety of C4D's and soft brush tool for making the lights.

In guides/tutorials I have also and a normal video to understand some things.
