LF Lf Retail-Like Server With Relatively High Drop/spoil Rates

Hey peeps, I'm looking for a server similar to ellum network's 100x Interlude server, where drop and spoil rates are 50x. The server is perfect for retail lovers that don't have much time to no-life anymore, but sadly, it's empty.

These are some of the features I'm looking for:

50x-100x XP
40x-50x Drop/Spoil

Retail time buff times and preferably no NPC buffer (or at least a simple one with beginner's buffs)
Chronicle not important though Interlude or Gracia Final are preferred

http://l2.gr/ If you are interested for x10 Hi5 retail like here it is. hosted on the best datacenter in europe, longterm project and thousand of people. Its a server made with the help from all the internet cafes of Inspot in greece. Its worth i guess. There will be 2 options in-game, Greek/English. First Hi5 server translated to greek language.
