Hello All  i need information about event Lovers' Jubilee

More exactly I need information about drop items  

Rose Petal herbs    ID = 20903

Rose Essense         ID = 20904

 

What is the chance of drop  these two items   from monster   ??

If is l2off quest than in ai.obj. If is normal item than in itamdata.txt

I can not see anywhere in Ai.obj  and Itemdata.txt 

The chance of drop items of the monsters for this items   20903 and 20904
