You can import pictures on your html pages with 2 ways:

 

1) Call them using java. 

2) Add them in your patch.

 

In order to do the 2nd way follow this:

- Download unreal ED and photoshop

- Download l2encdec_2.10.1

- Import your image to photoshop

- Modify and save it as .dds or .tga

- Import saved .dds/.tga on your unreal

- Save and use l2encdec_2.10.1 to encrypt the saved .utx

- Copy and paste the new .utx in your systextures folder.

- Done!
