Colliseum Peacezone

Hi! I want someone to help me change colliseum (outside and stands) into a peacefull zone.

I have added the zone around colliseum building coordinates in zones.xml
As well as added the x,y coordinates in SQL

 

Can someone tell me what to do please?
Server is L2j frozen (interlude)
