Create the function and delay it with a threadpool, something like

ThreadPoolManager.getInstance().scheduleGeneral(new Runnable()
{
    @Override
    public void run()
    {
        player.addItem("Reward", 57, 100, player, true);
    }
}, 30000);

else you coul use system time, even better.
