EN Problem With Partition To Ext3

Hello guys..

 

Yesterday I split my Disk in 2 parts, because I want to Install linux.

But I can't find a way to change the disk from NTFS to EXT3 or EXT4.

 

I found some programs but need money to do that..

Can one help me please?

 

My error on ubuntu Install:

>> No root file system defined <<

Doesn't Ubuntu have a built-in partitioning system?
