Help A Well Build Server Patch?

Hey guys,, i was wondering how a well build patch would look like for an interlude l2 server
By well build i mean what kind of protection should be added if it exists

What should be done in order to be played by all users with no problems

Any solutions to a high number of critical errors

Also from where should you start creating your patch : ( example grab one of the clean patches that are posted here in the forum??)

 

To sum up all i ask is to understand what do i have to do in order to create a correct patch for my server
