Το IG είναι InGame. Δηλαδή παίζεις μέσα από το παιχνίδι, χρειάζεται να ανοίξει το l2.exe

Το OOG είναι OutOfGame(νομίζω). Δηλαδή απλά το ανοίγεις και παίζεις από εκείνο μέσα. Χωρίς να ανοίξεις το l2.exe. Απλά τα πράματα :).
