Quest won't compile correctly (and so won't be loaded) until you fix all errors. If you got that much errors you probably on't use a proper IDE. Consider to use Eclipse and put you datapack under error monitoring.

 

Regarding errors, you normally got a resume of errors on the quest folder, .txt format.
