Help Passive Skill

Hello there
I need to know if it is possible to make a passive skill that is a ressistance for a specific skill, for example :
i want all classes to have a passivle skill that decreases damage taken by Death Spike skill by x%

By the way the chronicle is IT.

If i add resistance to dark magic attack then it will effect dark vortex too,thats why i want it to be for a specific skill and not for the attribute.

find the ressist effect skill  handler and add an exception on the skill id   :P currently no motivation to search it more
