Check ddosguard.EU they offer cheap VDS a mix from vps and dedicated

Vps: usable only with command line and with Linux. shared with other ppl, only have access to ur files!!etc like different users.cheapest

Dedicated: with windows srv and u can work with remote desktop, like TV without any lag. Ur own no one uses the machine.expensive

VDS: (the best for me)cheap. IRS like dedicated but the machine is shared like the vps
