Working Walker for LII Bandit

Well, I've been registered with this forum for a longer while  8) and although I've never had bigger problems with getting things to  work now I'm, how would it Ahmed described, screwed. This is my newest server i've started to play, at first it looks like it's not big challenge BUT in fact I can't get Walker work there. I've been using walker from this topic:

After couple tries and fails I just gave up. I've tried to follow easy step by step guide provided here as well but without results.

 

Because both: I don't have much time to play nowadays, as well as rising EE is not.... that funny, I'm looking forward to hear from kind "hacker" who could guide me/and/or provide with working config.
