Hello, i have bought a server from someone before, and now i am trying to open it, and i need help because i cant. Can someone help me?

Smart thing buying something you have no idea what it is or if it's working.

First, i  played in his server, then i told him what i want in my server. I paid him and he gave it to me. I played in my server normal, But i did format in my pc, and i tried to open my server again, but i cant. I saw tutorials and i still cant. Thats why i wrote here.
