No, it is not about the exp rate. There are currently 2 polls created by the community.

 

1. Dualbox settings

2. Drop/Spoil amounts

 

I can assure you (i know that you dont want to play 3x rates) that we are providing exp boosts by voting daily for our server with our own system (www.l2votesystem.com).

Depends on how much votecoins you gather in time. (up to 75%)

Yes.

 

Those rates can not be changed anymore since i attracted my old community to join Destiny again. All i can offer are those 75%. 

 

Due to the increased drop, spoil and quest rates (wich are set to AI Exp: 3x also) the way of farming and gear up will be much easier wich also affects the way of exp'ing.

Most of the servers for example 3x go for 3x spoil rates. This global settings wich are done trough the configs affecting only the chance of a spoil.

 

Example:

 

Mob X spoils 1 coil at 40% -> boost 3x -> Mob X spoils 1 coil at 120% -> extender does not recognize the extra 20% so it will be -> Mob X spoils 1 coal at 100%.

 

What we have done here is:

 

Mob X spoils 1 coal at 40% -> boost 3x -> Mob X spoils 1 coald at 120% -> spoil system notices the extra 20% and boosts the amount and tweaks the chance -> Mob X will spoil 2 coals at 100%.

 

This is just an example and numbers are fictitious.
