lol .. He probably wants to upload his site.. In that case .. you need a www. site and a host. THEN you can upload it.

You can't put a forum inside a website.

 

You can use the syndication function which shows the most important posts in your website

 

or

 

Insert the link of your forum in the navbar (Forum)

Ommm ... Create new folder like "forum" or "community" w/e you wish. Upload there a smf access your folder aka www.yoursite.com/forum and install it. Ofc before that you have to create a new database. So, use your CPanel or w/e and create it then process :P

(I'd recommend you myBB, but SMF is good to go)
