Help Buff Description

Guys, is it possible to make own buff eg. Super Haste , that will have description like enchanted buff.

 

Like instead "Haste +1 Time" it will be "Haste Custom Buff". I was trying change it in skillname-e.dat, but no effect.

I don't know if that's possible, but in case it is , then it should be able to be done through skillgrp not skillname.
I am not sure though.

skillname-e.dat -> desc_add1 tab. For non enchanted skills contain "none" value. Add something other and you can see it in yellow colors.
