Guide [Wod] Boomkin Eclipse Bars / Balance Energy Bars

So me and Kaz were trying to make more dynamic bars for the WoD beta since blizzard broke the way Eclipse cycles work, and we were hashing out in Mumble how best to make custom weak auras for it.  This is what we came up with, both with about the same kind of code, but slightly different looks.  You can choose what you like, and if you want something a little different, just let us know and we can get it working.

 

Note: these gifs make it seem much more choppy than it actually is.  When used, its much more fluid and dynamic, which is the reason we decided to make it due to the changes to Balance in WoD
