voiced command's have the frozen

the frozen doesn't have the chat handlers like the aCis i guess

the location is on Say2.java there u have to make the edits

Frozen already has voiced commands so I dont get the point of this topic.

i know that already have voiced. i mean the locations.. in frozen you have to edit em Shout/Trade everything on Say2 not like aCis or Hellas that is on the chat handlers with categories like this java/net/sf/l2j/gameserver/handler/chathandlers/ChatAll.java
