I am looking for l2off- low rate server developer for Interlude or Gracia Final (or both as subservers). 

This is serious international project with quite big budget.
Requirements:

a) Skills:
- Installation, 
- Configuration, 
- Quick minor bug fixing (major ones will be fixed by files provider via SVN),
- Knowledge about Lineage II game.
- using Windows 2008 Hyper-V Server x64 or system installation via KMV IP.
b) Nature
- mannerly,
- loyally,
- patient,
- hardworking,
- charismatic (if GM).
c) Additional Skills (could help through recrutation):
- polish language,
d) Duties:
- Server installation on dedicated server,
- server configuration,
- minor bugs fixing,
- events (if GM),
- raporting and receiving all bugs from players (if GM).

Salary:
- Money or
- GM status
- good references for your future employer or administrator.

with 2008 he can set up the server BUT he should remove the hyper-threading and turbo boost....if not he will have problem

Don't give tips to newbies ;)

Turbo Boost enabled, 0 problems. Only problems are with HyperThreading due the double thread running on the same core.

Not that my case matters but I've been running GF (with almost no players - so there is that - only 9-12 bots) with turbo boost (off by now tho) + HT + W7 without any problems for over a year.

 

(my usage doesn't get to use TB anyway...)

what is funny about that? you can choose money or gm status. references can be for everyone. I have company so I can receive invoices from you.
