Help Certification Quest

Hello guys! :)

So.. I am about to launch my servers but I found a little problem... 

When I go to do the certification quest for the skills from the subclasses I must also do an other quest that is obtained from Hardin at Hardin's Private Academy... 

Is there a way to dissable this quest and let the players just take the skills by finishing the sub classes?

Yes there is an option on the configs , if i remeber correctly its called Transformation without Quest Turn it True

depends on the project he use

on l2jserver for example it's this option on configs

on game/data/config Character.properties file on line 228-230

# Allow player to learn transformations without quest.
# Default: False
AltTransformationWithoutQuest = True
