I am looking for a mid-rate server with following features :

 

Rates : From x30 to x45 .

Quests: 1st and 2nd class buyable .3rd Non-buyable .

Gm-Shop : Up to C or up to B . No custom stuff !

Without buffer or with the following buffer : Only basic prophet buffs (without PoF)

 

P.S : Something like FrienzL2 but unfortunately FrienzL2 x30 is dead !
