Necromacer H5 Weak? Or I Doing Someting Wrong?

here  is my gear /buffs and weapon

soon  i will upgrade  gear (noble visper) and add AS (Acumen) at weapon

deys   wit+4 men-4    and    int+4 men-4    and    con+4 str-4

anywher i make mistake? or how can  make myself better?

If you want to play Soultaker solely as nuker,i think you picked the wrong class.

Ditch magnus for prof of wind or cov depending on preference and ofc dark att on weapon...

For weapon you should try Dyn staff acu.If im not mistaken gives more M.Attack than the caster/buster + easier to make + stronger M.Crits(although less).Sigil sucks anyway for mass PvP.Shield is better.
