Well no, but i assume he has 0 knowledge becouse he ripped his server's website from an other server and he totally destroyed the website mostly becouse of fails with closing divs. so he don't know the basic of html and i assume he don't know nothing about developer too

tell me how hard is to understund how a div works. if you can't understund this you can't understund server's side coding too.
