Problem With Making Hi5 Online!

Hello i Have made ipconfig i have opened porst i have closed all firewalls i have made inbound and outbound prots in windowns 7 firewall and still people can't connect !! can anyone help me to sovle this?? i'm managing to do it over 5 hours!!!
