Searching for a lowrate retail L2 server

Im searching for a good Lineage 2 retail lowrate server.

Important for me is:

- High amount of players (important)

- No Donations

- No Bot us

- No Modifications (just retail like)

- Min. Hellbound (Not Interlude or C5 ...) best would be Gracia

- Lowrate

- Not L2j (not very important)

 

I would be very happy if someone could tell me a server which mach this  :)

w][e servers are l2j , low rate x5 has 20 - 30 ppl on and not that often , marines site is down , check b4 u post

They are modified. I cannot see anithing when i log into the Game. I mean "Credits"

Enchant rates is like official (safe is +4 :P no 3)

 

They Have 1000+ ppl, in sieges 1500+ :P,i remember at normal day,no siege server have 1200 ppl :P (u cant see how many ppl are online but Gms are friendly :) )

have to read about l2j and l2off 2,3 month.... i remember L2OFF is not allowed

yea it is interlude and btw there is no 9x, WRATH server from dex is 12x. but yea its an awsome server. (sry for offtopic)

www.l2dex.eu is a very good server but its interlude. im searching for hellbound or gracia .. will they maybe upgrade ?

www.l2memories.com , www.l2refused.com are both not lowrate.

how many players are playing on l2-devilschildren.nl and is it l2j ?
