i need some help

 

1. i have launcher in my server and my server on machine host 

and i want to change something in clinet how can i upload it to luncher to make the change for all players

 

2.how can i change the server rules in the begin of login the server from wich file

 

3. how can i change the copyright 2007 from my acm page
