Hello everyone , im new and i want to start to learn  java codes, set up a server... etc, so i saw the FAQ thread but some links are down, cant find guides for people who want to start from 0 like me, so why dont create a sub forum about tutorials... or anyone cand send me any stuff to read?

You can use archive as SweeTs said. So, you will be able to see old links without problem.
