here in forum user can be banned only with proofs right? proofs added-member banned, without proofs member cannot be banned

 

i dont think so, some of gmod banned TheEngo without reasons. If TheEngo really banned without any proofs, then im sorry, but if he banned because of proofs against him, then alright
