Hello! 
I am playing on Mid Rate Interlude server with buffer, shop up to b grade etc. Spoil rate is x15, drop rate x20.
Can you tell me what is your way to obtain ews's. 
From Pagan's quest i get 4 ews's (but as You know there are 33% chance to get ews's from q)
Maybe Fog spoil on Magma Drake and Blazing Infirt? or dagger and open boxes?
