Request Good Server Pack ?

First of all this is not a "request" as in "make me a server" or something ,this is a post in which i want to ask the more experienced users what server pack (if you could add a link id appreciate it) they consider the best for a new server.

 

 

I'm thinking of making a server a little bit custom (custom such as L2 Gold,but a bit more original,i dont like copies) and i dont actually care about the chronicle as long as it is newer than Interlude (including). 

 

What the pack must contain/be able to do :

 

 

* Be bugless in matters of mid/high-rate servers,that meaning i dont care for fancy dungeons or stuff,just the basic epic bosses and every other thing needed for a mid/high rate server that still has the PVE fun.

 

* Be able to add custom NPC's (if it doesnt have already) aswell as custom zones/mobs and special mobs such as mini-rb's and stuff.

 

* Be able to add some special weapons (such as L2 Gold has their L2G items) that have a very low drop rate.

 

* Good protection against L2phx,bots and other stuff.

 

* Maybe be able to add a system like Vote Reward ,RB Status and other things like that.

 

 

For the moment i must present this project to my sponsor ,i am not a developer,i only know the basic stuff (or at least i did 4-5 years ago when i was creating/modifying l2 servers,kinda forgot some stuff) and i think that was on L2J. 

 

Also if theres anyone interested to help in a long-time development (the server will not have fancy donations and stuff,but it will have some so my sponsor can keep it up and if it works well,the team that helps me will also get its share).

P.S: i am not looking for a pack to buy as this is a no-budget project atm ,maybe in the future.

Any pack, even the worst, "is able to".

 

The only thing about protection/security (lameguard and cie-guard) is you have to use a custom client, so generally packs don't include that sort of stuff (only russians projects so far).

 

About scripts, almost any L2J up to Freya is kinda complete regarding GBs. Bugless doesn't exist on free, shared or paid.
