[Help]C4 System With Hauthd

why some c4 client's system cant login game by Hauthd...

Hauthd show:

 Connection using old (C1) auth protocol refused (IP=x.x.x.x)

 

but today i found a En system could be worked with Hauthd.i try to copy some dll in my Cn system,but seems nothing happened...

any1 knows which file control the auth protocol?or any1 knows how to solved this problem?

If your using a KR\CN\TW release you might not be able to connect with hAuthd.

 

 

C4 marked the change of the protocol procedures for authlogin - (and so again with c6\int) and it's possible since ASIA got releases alot earlier they hadn't switched to the new protocols C4 NA had.

 

Unless there's some specific reason you need a CN base system - i'd avoid it.

Auth port I know is used in engine.dll but game protocol don't know. If you want to find game protocol version use a bat with this comand : l2.exe -ProtocolVersion . Beside you use latest hAuthd?

You seted ih hAuthd the blowfish for c4?

and,seems C4 dont have this param -ProtocolVersion

I'm sorry ,I misstyped : l2.exe -L2ProtocolVersion  . Or you can use a hexeditor and go end of l2.exe or search for protocolversion and you should find it. I'f im not wrong in engine.dll should be too.

yeah,offcoz...i changed it for C4...if you dont change it you cant use that En system to login game.

Weerd stuff than. Try use a older version or a newer.

http://www.megaupload.com/?d=795RVM30 try with that files. But it should worked if you setted C4 =1 and correct blowfish key.
