Hello everyone, so I'm looking for experienced Developer, there is the provisions:

* Experienced on working with projects, (fixing bugs, making new features) and so on.
* Must be online about 3-5 hours  a day, to contact, and solve the problems.
* Must know what he is doing, to know java programming.

* Must have skype.

What I will give for developer:

 

* From donations 40-50% we will decide.

* Paypal account, to see everything related to the money.
* Forum administrator status.
* Starting money (to start working with project).

* If developer want's I can host his server on fully protected VDS, protection from (http://www.hyperfilter.com).
* We will talk about everything in skype.

Server Short Information:

* Server is High Five chronicle.
* Server rates:  Xp/Sp -  x25 (mid rates). Drop/Spoil - 10x  Adena - 15x.
* Server is fully protected from DDos, server uses Lameguard.
* Server stability is 24/7.
* Server uses FanDC project Source.

Our objectives:

* To run succesfully server without any problems.
* Prevent DDoS attacks.
* Start server with minimum - 1000-1500 online players. (that is possible because we will spend much money on the advertising).
* Have something unique and be different from others.

This project is serious, that is why I am looking for a developer, we have in our team "Web Designer" "Forum developer" "Graphics Dev" and so on.

Ok, "nBd" what can I say about you?
Firs of all he is not 100% reliable. Why? When we discussed everything, then I send the server files to him, and what? 
I had said all the works what I will need, he said it is 2days job, after 3days I didn't get any results, was asking when

can I see something, he said yesterday  that he will start testserver and I can see everything, ok I have waited him about

1hour, he said that he will start, and he went off in skype... Few days before, happened the same, IDK, what's the prob?
