Discussion Request Npc (Maybe With A Small Payment)

I want a npc that has 4 services:

 

1) Hero

2) VIP - Donator

3) Enchant armor - weapons to +20 instant

4) Get custom armor - weapon

 

 

When he choose a service the next window ask for payment via paypal.

If it complete he instant and Live get the service he selected for. Example

 

If he select VIP and he pay via paypal (example 10euro)  he get VIP-donate Status.

 

If he select hero and he pay via paypal and transfer complete he instant or after 1 hour he get 30 days hero status

 

is this possible?
