Once again we bring you hot news regarding our new H5 server.

 

Based on the consensus of our team we have decided that rates will be as follows:

 

• 4x EXP/SP
• 4x Drop
• 3x Spoil (tests still pending, may be further adjusted)
• 4x Adena
• 4x Quest exp
• 4x Quest adena
• 2x Boss Drop

 

 

Basic info about Sinister

 

Sinister general information

 

Before the GN account and Sinister Manager will be opened and all sections of our webpage will be filled in, we bring you some basic information about what is awaiting you on our new server and which way we are headed.

 

Registration and GN account

 

• Each player of Sinister will have registered its own GN Account. You will be operating in our project under this account.
• The registration of ingame accounts will be done in the Sinister Manager after logging into your GN Account.
• All of your ingame accounts will be connected with your GN account. Thanks to this you will be able to use a variety of services. (Change of password, change of registration email, change of name of your ingame character etc.)
• There will be an overview of all funds you send us through our donate system on your GN account. It will be available for all gaming accounts that you create.

 

Connecting to our server and L2updater

 

• After the installation of the H5 client you just need to download our L2updater, put it into the root directory of the installation folder (NOT system folder) and run it.
• You will be always starting the game through the L2updater which will guarantee that all you current system files are up to date.

 

Donate

 

• In the environment of the GN account you have available the PayPal online payment portal. For funds you send us you will receive a virtual currency called ‘G’s.
• You will be able to transfer Gs into the game as GameNode Coins and further trade with them, or buy helpful items with them.
• Various premium VIP accounts will be available which will increase your gained EXP/SP and enable many useful features.
• PrimeShop will be implemented which will enable you to buy many consumable items, vitality items, mounts, decorations, agathions etc.
• It will not be possible to buy ingame items like weapons, armors etc.
• You can recharge your PrimeShop balance either through Sinister Manager or through an NPC called Sinister Vendor directly from the game.

The Sinister Manager will offer the following functions:

 

• Change of registration email
• Change of password
• Change of character name
• Change of character sex
• Transfer of character to another gaming account
• Unban (more information will follow)
• Shop
• Purchase of GameNode Coins
• Recharge of PrimeShop balance
• Premium VIP account activation
• It is possible to submit a ticket within the environment of the Sinister Manager, with which you can let us know about any ingame or other problems.

 

Server custom features and special features

 

• Some quest rewards will be modified (rewards, rates etc.)
• NPC Sinister Vendor
• Will be available in every town and village

Offers:

 

• Profession Manager – possibility to buy all 3 class transfers
• PrimeShop Balance recharge – transfer of Gamenode Coins into PrimeShop
• Special items shop – will contain special items which were left out of PrimeShop
• Virtual currency called Gs (ingame GameNode Coin)

 

Server rules + punishments

 

• The server rules will be significantly simplified compared to those we had before. We will try to interfere as least as possible into ingame affairs.
• You can view the punishments in the Sinister Manager. You can see if any of your connected accounts has any penalties, if they can be canceled or when the punishment expires.

Among other things there will be 3 types of Ban

• Limited Ban
• Permanent Ban
• Total Ban (for extreme cases – botters, exploiters etc. No Unban possible)

 

Sinister Vault

 

Because of a previous success of the L2 Stats and L2 Library applications, we have decided to remake them and make them much better. Both of these applications are now merged into one under the name Sinister Vault. This new application uses JSF and PrimeFaces technology which enabled its faster and more comfortable development. Mainly because of these technologies we were able to add various dynamic elements which increase the quality and manipulability of the application. It’s definitely a step forward as you will see. Except the functions you may already know from l2s, the Vault offers more possibilities for example the overview of best players on the server or monitoring of the course of individual Castle sieges. The design also changed so that it corresponds more to the current look of the new GN Manager in Metro style.
