why dont u just rr ur modem? this is the fastest way to get rid of ur ip ban...

Change Your Ip By Using this way !

open start > Run and type : ipconfig /release and press ok

Then Open Start > Run again and Type : ipconfig /renew

Will any of these programs make it so if your using them, get banned, and you can just log in with your old IP address?

for me i just reset my router/modem then i have new ip :)

just reconnect the router... put cable out and wait  than put it in again.. or use tools like routercomtroll or curl...
