This guy is selling l2jhellas pack which is not only stupid but it's illegal considering our T.O.S. someone delete this topic

Probably because as you said it's free by the owners of the L2J Hellas. But this guy is selling the pack.

Then shouldn't be legit to sell l2jserver pack modified or l2jfrozen pack modified, etc etc but all people do it

Since it's free you can't block people of sell it, imo.

 

Maybe if he didn't do a single modify isn't legit? I dunno if is he allowed to sell it or not... I think yes but :P.. let's see what mods say D:

Well in our tos we say that you are not allowed to sell any l2jhellas files , this is mostly to protect the buyer and not the project it's self...
