Changing glows of the hero weapons.

I've searched and searched again and again.But i only find gguides on how to change the glows of normal weapons to hero weapons.Can someone help me to do the opposite.I mean add glow on heros without lose their glow.I mean the hero shine but they will have the normal glow.Thanks!
