Supports pick Ignite when there's kill potential in lane and when there's not a dive threat in the enemy team like Zed or Jax. This also depends on your team comp.

i take flash exhaust on support :3

I picked ignite one time.. by mistake..(I was support)

 

I can say that it worked very well.. we won the lane with big difference. I had 2 kills and my adc 4. :)

 

So my score was 2-0-4 @ 20-22 minutes(?)

My adc's score was 4-1-2
