[Report] l2 servers

According to new rulesi want to report those 2 servers that are bumping their servers w/o warning ( not to mention that is the same admin tho) .

if you check they make bump same time some times and on sticky topic servers they add their servers 1st vadc and after almost 2 seconds l2tales.

What he try to say is that they are bumping topics one after the other @the same time with seconds delay hinting that they have same owner.

Actuallythis was the rule from the first time( only on marketplace) but moderators of that time,didn't care.

Thanks anyway,i'm deleting them and i'll warn them.
