KiDDoS Also i have found 2-3 more , but this 2 look trusted and good. HyperFilter protects most of servers/sites related with Lineage 2 such a Topzone/Maxcheaters and more... private servers. I would suggest you using them since they got realy good feedback and less problems.

About support i'm not sure but you can always ask here and there are guys who can help. However i advice you use them.... 99% to 100% Up time...
