My best indications for you :

 

- BlackLotus (US)

- Staminus (US)

- Dragonara (EU)

- HyperFilter (EU)

- KoDDoS (EU, I had a bad experience with them not being able to mitigate my attacks in past, but I heard from other people, they works...).

 

None of these are resellers, and majority of 'sellers' in this forum, are reselling from one of the 4 companies...

 

I am able to enumerate some more :

 

- SolveDDoS (BlackLotus reseller, although I prefer to acquire it directly with BlackLotus for direct support).

- Javapipe (Voxility Reseller (EU), would be better getting a server with voxility directly (same reason as SolveDDoS), I don't like them due to the latency in their network).

Honestly, those are the cheapest and trustable ones you'll find, I wouldn't risk recommending anything else :P
