If it's not custom u should be able to find it http://l2jdb.l2jdp.com/db_search_npc.php by name, but I think it doesn't appear so I guess that the npc of the image is a custom one.

nop i remember well was on pets, buy them all (from //gmshop aka admin's one) and summon them u'll find her
