There are 2 things.

 

There is not a such thing about discussing any private server as i know there is not any section about it.

 

If you wanna talk about your server go open a topic at your forum server and ask your player about it.

 

And the second you can advertise your server in a better way.

Blessed Scroll Enchant Rate = 100%

 

Enchant rate is fine

change max weapon to 16

If you havent much players allready then its a lost cause, its time to stop kicking the dead horse and move on. Lineage 2 is dying. It will be revived when all servers close and only a dozen are left in about 5 to 10 years.

Safe Farm

Farm 1 (PK Killer)

Farm 2(PvP/PK Free)

Party Farm

Clan Zone(Special Mini Raids with drop clan coin or clan eggs or w/e need a clan)

Raid Zone(For Special Drops for example if you have donate and max is +16 and donate +20 with crystals make drop 1,2 Crystal Scrolls so and normal players can farm for donates ;) )

 

Custom Items:

Custom Tattoo

Custom Armor

Custom Weapon

 

And some unique features w/e you want.

If you make an easy server people will get bored so fast cauz they will not have something to farm they will play pvp's and after 1 or 2 months max they will get bored and they will leave.
