I Got Problem With my l2 server!

After i got protect it was blocking all players to log on and then i changed ip but was still same just if i was openin the login server on my pc would let some of them log on now i fixed that problem with the ip but whoever logs on the server freeze cant move and doesnt load the skills! any help please? the company cant find any way to solve that... i think is the download mbs maybe or whatever i dont know help me please!

It's DDoS protection? If yes, you need to configure it.

Your proection company is Hyperfilter? You need to make some modifications at IPv4Filter.
