Paypal refund & gift question.

I have few questions about paypal since most of you use it as a payment method.

Can gift be refund?

How we can see if money we recieve are as gift.

 

Can donation be refund? Since its gift.

If someone sent you 25.00e and you receive 24.35,then its not a gift. So if noone of you both paid the fees then it means that it was a gift.

It can be refunded but you have a really small chance for it.

Then for what secure we are talking when using paypal is mostly unsecure way for sellers.

Their support is really fast. Dunno but it should be a 100% way to exchange safety via internet and as i said you have a SMALL chance to refund a gift.
