i think forum have a lot of gfxers to make a sotw but they just don't get this event serious and that's why they don't join.

and ofc when you see a good work and one not so good work and the not so good work cauz friends of the person vote him this isn't a event and noone will join again.that's why this event die.

anyway ontopic. if you see arround the forum you will find a lot of users create signatures,banners,avatars,etc so forum have ppls for this but they just don't join cauz of those thinks they see.

Or they didn't even see that the event exist, or they just don't wanna participate coz they don't like the reward, etc. there can be a lot of reasons.
